This would be a last resort (recovery disc) but it will indicate if your laptop has a defective GPU card or Motherboard.
If Dell Diagnostics doesn't indicate anything useful then I would reset your PC back to factory settings by using a Recovery disc to put your laptop back to the way you had it when you first purchased it.
